Taunton in Bloom, is run by a committee which consists of members from Taunton Deane Borough Council, Taunton Town Centre Company, local businesses and local citizens. It meets on a regular basis to discuss and organise all its services each year and works closely with the council's parks and nursery team.

Taunton in Bloom key priorities are:

• To encourage and enable even more individuals and groups to become involved in Taunton in Bloom
• To deliver still higher standards of horticultural excellence
• To seek new sources of support - including financial and developmental
• To promote the initiative through a diverse range of media
• To develop sponsorship and business interest
• To improve the environment.
